When you have had a survey, if you would like to proceed and make a booking with our company, the process is all explained within our quote but for ease please see below:
- Check your quote thoroughly
- Click on the blue button to accept our quote
- Select which service/s you require
- Add your initials in the 2 boxes provided
- Read the statements to ensure you have read the terms and conditions and that the goods are your own
- Click on the green button to accept the quote
- This will take you to the final screen for you to check all to ensure you are happy with what you are accepting
- Call or email our office prior to exchange of contracts (if you are in a chain) to check availability
- If we have availability we will secure your deposit by taking a 50% deposit
- Once your deposit is received your booking is secure
- We will email your move/packing confirmation paperwork at this point, please read through to ensure all information is correct and advise us if not please
- We do not require a deposit and you are not legally bound to use our services by merely accepting our quote it just allows us to add you to our system so we can stay in touch with you regarding our availability
